Care Team Leader
Description✓DRIVERS ARE ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE [MILEAGE PAID]
✓As the Domiciliary Care Team Leader, you will have front line responsibility for the support team, who provide care and assistance to individuals in their home across the Bradford area.
✓As a Team Leader, you will report into the Team Manager and will be involved with:
✓* Schedules / Rotas
✓* Appraisals
✓* Supervisions
✓* All checks for carers and service users
✓* Initial assessments
✓* Supporting with interviews for new staff
✓* Attending care calls as and when required
✓* Covering on call on rota with other team leaders
✓Working on rotation with other Team Leaders:
✓* Week 1 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
✓* Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
✓* Alternate weekends
✓Working one week of earlies and one week of lates.
✓As a Team Leader you will be passionate about providing excellent levels of care and support, have some previous experience of supervising a team, be fully committed to the role, able to work in a busy and fast changing environment, be organised and have the ability to manage your time well, have good communication skills in order to liaise with carers as well as the wider team.
✓Working within a friendly and supportive team, you be based from our client’s office in Clayton, Bradford
✓Mileage is paid at 35p per mile when out in the community.
