✓About the Role
✓We are looking for a new team member who has an exceptional phone manner, is engaging, solution orientated, has good organisational skills and is a strong negotiator.
✓Responsibilities will include:
✓*
✓To manage a caseload of planned work, as determined by the Customer Experience Manager, including proactive outbound communication campaigns and support with core housing management activities
✓*
✓To be responsible for administrative and process-specific tasks for customer experience colleagues as well as other functions across GCH’s frontline services
✓*
✓To deliver key Customer Experience processes and provide administrative support to colleagues across frontline services supporting the resolution of customer enquiries at the first point of contact across all channels
✓*
✓To monitor and manage the former tenant arrears process, alongside managing the lettings, income collection and administration for garages
