To report to the Chief Impact Officer, we are looking for a talented and driven Head of Marketing Planning to lead our critical [and newly-established] Group-wide & planning and business partnering team
You will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across our Group, working strategically with our business areas to understand their growth and development priorities, plans, and challenges to help formulate their Marketing & Communications Strategy and Annual & Quarterly plans. 
This is an agile and very hands-on role that will require travel nationally to allow you to build and maintain trusted relationships with your senior stakeholders & your team
You will lead & introduce and end to end marketing planning cycle, develop a best-in-class annual marketing plans for each business area and will lead a team of highly skilled business partners to provide an effective and value adding Marketing Communications business partnering service.
Working closely with our other senior Heads of Department in marcomms centres of excellence, you will identify opportunities to align & integrate communications messages across our products/propositions.
More About You
This isn't your standard Marketing gig
You will need to have strong all round Marketing experience & knowledge mixed with a personality that will allow you influence and challenge your key stakeholders
You'll understand and have experience performance marketing and brand planning,  you will be a pro at partnering, and be able to understand the strategic direction of your business area to allow you to formulate the Marketing strategy.

You will be an excellent people leader, with past experience of managing a high performing, with the ability to motivate and develop. 
You will have the ability to effectively work and lead within a matrix organisation and will be able to build strong relationships across different business areas.
