More about your role 
 
As our Ombudsman and Complaint Quality Advisor you will work closely with our frontline teams to ensure timely and accurate responses are provided to Ombudsman requests for information
You will be providing oversight of all the Ombudsman cases through to full closure and be responsible for completing quality checks on complaint record files and provide feedback to colleagues and line managers to support a continuous improvement culture.

More about you 
To be successful for this role you will have experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced environment
You will have experience resolving complex issues with excellent attention to detail.
Ideally you will have previous knowledge of complaint handling, including Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and Scottish Public Service Ombudsman.
