✓They have full and part time positions available between Monday-Sunday so whatever your availability, please get in touch.
✓This would suit Support Workers with experience of working in either a care or special needs environment or someone with a genuine interest and passion for supporting others as all training is provided.

✓Alongside various shifts, they also offer term time contracts [38 weeks a year] or full-time, 52 weeks a year as the residential home is open in the school holidays
✓This is ideal for parents who want to spend the holidays with their own children
✓A Support Workers role involves:
✓enabling young people to develop and make progress
✓providing physical, emotional and nurturing support
✓working as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment
✓ensuring health, safety, care and welfare of young people a priorityTo be a successful Support Worker you will be a strong team player, confident, motivated and well organised
✓Patience and commitment are essential, but above all you'll be someone with a genuine desire to help others
✓You must be based in Bournemouth or be willing to commute to the area for work
