This means she was built much stronger than normal, and she also comes with a full out of the water survey from 2018.
Pendle Witch is a comfortable size to live on, whilst also being economical with regards to ongoing mooring and heating fees
As a cruising home she is a comfortable size to travel the inland waterways of the UK if desired.
After being purchased by her current owners, Pendle Witch was out of the water for an extended period, where internally she was gutted back to bare steel, and externally any work needed was completed with 5mm plate
She was painted and spray foamed throughout before being fitted out.
Pendle Witch was completely rewired, and all new sockets were placed at waist height
All lighting is 12v LED to minimise power consumption.
You access the boat through a good sized and enclosed external area, which is ideal to enjoy your surroundings when static
This is also the navigation area when cruising
A door leads down a small set of steps to the hallway
To the left is a large double cabin, with double bed, built is storage and room for chest of drawers
Next is the bathroom, with full sized bath with shower attachment, designer sink, Jabsco deluxe toilet and washing machine.

The lounge area has a double sofa bed and a fold up/down table., built in storage throughout, and a wonderful 8kw multi fuel burner which compliments the central heating system.
Mechanically, Pendle Witch is sound, with a Beta marine 75, with only 250 hours run time, and fully serviced
There is 5.5 kva Lister air cooled generator, rpm reduction gearbox, HD stainless propshaft and 14 pitch 22 inch 3 bladed prop, 2 fuel tanks, and a 12 volt system consisting of Victron batteries, inverter auto system, Victron isolating transformer and a spare set of anodes.
Pendle Witch does need painting externally, however mechanically and structurally she is in excellent condition
As a floating home she has been expertly and sympathetically fitted out, she offers great space, affordable ongoing costs and the ability to comfortably and safely cruise.
