DescriptionMy car has 6 months MOT left, is running and drives well
It's in very good and very clean condition both inside and out and comes with a full service history from new
It was last given a comprehensive service by Hyundai in September 2022 [including the optional extra oil and fuel flush]
I am the 2nd owner of the car from new [bought from a lady owner who had it serviced by the main dealer every year], and have owned it for over 4 years, keeping up with the yearly servicing and repairs as needed throughout, and have found it an excellent car which I'll be sad to see someone else driving away
I'll be providing it alongside a significant sheaf of paperwork, evidence of repairs, MOTs etc, and 2 sets of keys [1 of which is barely used and both of which work, including the central locking buttons].
To explain the significantly below market price, the car has within a short space of time, developed a few faults which will need repairing soon, and because I'm leaving the UK in around a month and have no intention of returning, I've decided to sell the car, rather than go through the hassle [and more importantly, time] of organising garage repairs in town [I live in a village], only to sell it regardless
If I wasn't leaving, I would be keeping the car

Please note that you don't need to take my word on this as I have a full printed copy of the plug-in diagnostics report from the auto electrician and will be providing it for you to see and ultimately take away with you, alongside all the other documents and history.

The list of faults I'm aware of are as follows:
The clutch has started to slip
The car is fully drivable, even at full motorway speeds, but I'm told the clutch is wearing out and needs replacement.
One of the lambda / oxygen sensors is faulty [an auto electrician has confirmed the fault using his diagnostic machine, and the local garage has recommended to replace the sensor].
One of the ABS sensors is intermittently showing a fault [an auto electrician has confirmed the fault using his diagnostic machine and the local garage has recommended to replace it].
There is a light 'pull' you feel through the steering wheel when the wheel is turned as far as it will go to the left or the right ie lock to lock, while stationery [the garage has told me that the belt is overtightened and needs to be loosened off]
Intermittently, the car will merrily turn over but not start [an auto electrician has confirmed the relevant fault is reading as an immobiliser antenna failure and recommended replacement of the antenna].

As of the time of writing this advert, there are no warning lights on the dashboard, but the faulty Lamba / O2 sensor can and does cause the engine warning light to come on from time to time
The ABS sensor fault can intermittently cause the ABS warning light to come on from time to time
The diagnostic report I have [from the auto electrician] shows the following: • P0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response [Bank 1 / Sensor 1] • P1691 Immobilizer-Antenna Coil Error • P1690 Immobilizer-Smartra No Response

The car has been given a lot of TLC during my ownership
For example, additional repairs that have been completed over these last few years include new brake discs and pads [front and rear], new battery, new ball joints, new wheel bearings, air conditioning system overhaul [new compressor, condenser, drier, belt], and auxiliary drive belt replacements.

To work out what price to list this as, I received quotes from the garage for getting the above list of faults fixed professionally, deducted it from the market value, and then made further significant deductions to account for the hassle factor for the buyer, so with that in mind [ie that even if you pay full garage prices for the repairs you'll still be getting a great car with an effective significant discount off its fully repaired market value], please don't approach or message me with the intention of making silly low offers because I won't accept them and it will be a waste of your time and mine.

Happy to allow a test drive, but only if you can demonstrate proof of insurance [otherwise I'll be doing the driving as it's still taxed and insured for my use]
For obvious reasons, cash only, no part exchange and sold as seen.
