✓Working in team providing general accounting duties in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
✓Duties & Responsibilities
✓* Credit control
✓* Generating reports for management
✓* Dealing with customers and suppliers
✓* Daily cash reconciliation
✓* Processing purchase ledger invoices
✓* Bank reconciliation
✓* Generating customer invoices
✓* Posting customer receipts
✓* Processing supplier's payments
✓* Vat returns
✓* Processing customers’ orders from internet and phone enquiries
✓* General office duties
✓Skills and experience
✓* Experience in a similar role
✓* AAT part qualified or QBE
✓* Knowledge of Sage
✓* MS Office, particularly Excel
✓Package and benefits
✓* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
