Accounts Assistant
Description✓Accounts Assistant | £13 per hour [Salary dependant on experience]
✓Temporary - 1 month | Office-Based [Battersea] | Full time
✓This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known luxury fashion brand, providing day to day assistance in ensuring financial reporting procedures operate in a timely and efficient manner with the addition of general administrative duties.
✓Key Responsibilities include:
✓The role includes:
✓Processing high volumes of invoices/credit notes and ensuring they are matched and coded onto the system.
✓Managing Purchase Orders process for the company within a timely manner.
✓Maintain purchase order accuracy [supplier, quantities, pricing, payment terms, shipping etc] and system data accuracy to enable the effectiveness of systems and processes.
✓Be the key point of contact for the team regarding PO raising and sending.
✓Collate all courier information and reconcile the data with the supplier.
✓Statement reconciliation on various purchase accounts
✓Analysing reports in preparation Financial Statements/Audits.
✓Ad hoc account administrative dutiesPersonal Requirements
✓University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
✓Excellent computer skills, able to work with Word and Excel at an advance level
✓Great communication skills and an eye for numbers
✓Extremely detail-oriented, organised and able to work well under pressure
✓Able to work independently where required with initiative
