Case Administrator
Description✓IVA Insolvency Case Administrator
✓Handforth, SK9
✓Up to £30,000
✓Full time - 37.5 hour working week

✓We are currently recruiting for an Insolvency Case Administrator on behalf of a small but extremely successful company based in the SK9 area
✓This role will be fully office based and salary is negotiable depending on skill set and industry experience
✓The working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30-5.00 and there is free parking near the office.
✓This role requires a highly organised Administrator who wants the autonomy to manage their own workload and liaise directly with customers
✓Previous experience within insolvency and / or debt management would be ideal but not essential, financial services experience would also be advantageous
✓The most important thing is to be willing to learn, can organise and prioritise tasks, provide excellent customer service and work well with the existing team
✓The main duties of the role are as follows:
✓Manage your own caseload and maintaining client files
✓Assessment of the debtor's circumstances and drafting proposals and paperwork to send to creditors
✓Liaising with creditors and creditor representatives for approval
✓Ongoing assessment of the debtor's current income and expenditure on an annual basis and setting ongoing voluntary contributions
✓Handling correspondence and queries from clients and creditors
✓Drafting of annual reports and monitoring of arrangements to ensure they are maintained in line with the proposals and modifications
✓Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulationsAs mentioned above, candidates for this role will have excellent administration and organisation skills
✓Experience of drafting documents would be highly advantageous
✓In addition to this you must be computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
✓You will have excellent communication skills both oral and written and will work well individually and as part of a team
✓A keen interest in working in a finance environment would work well!
