Administration Assistant

DescriptionJust Recruitment is supporting a growing organisation - based on the outskirts of Halstead - they are looking to add an Administration Assistant to their team.
The key purpose of this role is to support the wider business team and various departments with all admin based duties and completing all reception duties for the organisation.
Key duties include:
All reception duties
Answering phone
Greeting customers at reception
Inputting data into Warehouse Management System and spreadsheets
Assist both finance department and HR as and when required
Help with customer related queries if Account Managers unavailable
Helping sales department / cover live chat on website
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
Free parking is available on site
Due to company location - you will need to have access to your own transport.
