Administration Assistant
Description✓Our local client who are specialists in their field of Electronic systems, have seen significant growth during the past few years across their UK and Europe offices and now plan to further their expansion plans into 2023.
✓Due to internal progression they are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join their warm, welcoming sociable and face paced team.
✓The responsibilities within the role will vary, but main duties are summarised as follows;
✓Dealing with clients in relation to customer service/sales and escalating issues to the correct contact
✓Updating the company’s database with the current status of jobs
✓Assisting with the day to day running of the office
✓Ensuring that completed jobs are invoiced in a timely manner and proactively chase the necessary paperwork needed from engineers
✓Booking in and managing all Preventative Maintenance site visits
✓Manage the renewals of all scheduled renewable contracts via company database
✓Costing of jobs via the database and ensuring any required paperwork is completed on time
✓Maintenance and administration management of all quality control and company accreditation
✓Ad-hoc duties required via senior managementYou will be a self-motivated individual, with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and towards deadlines, with direction from Senior Management.
✓Required knowledge and experience;
✓3 – 5 years Admin experience in a similar / office environment
✓CRM experience desirable, along with being PC Literate including all Microsoft Office packages
✓Being logical and decisive
✓Organisation and resolving problems
✓High level of written and verbal communication
✓£20,000 - 22,000 annual salary, full-time
✓20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays [holidays increasing 1 each year after two years of service]
