£24,000 annual salary pro rata

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with an established client based in Central Edinburgh to recruit a couple of experienced Administrators on a full-time basis
The purpose of this role will be to provide comprehensive administration support to the team for client bookings, invoices and supplier agreements.

This role will involve:
* Entering client bookings on the reservation system
* Corresponding with suppliers with email and telephone
* Reconciling transactions and processing invoices
* Varied administrative duties on a ad hoc basis
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Prior experience working as an administrator or coordinator
* Strong spoken and written English language skills, and a good telephone manner
* Competent with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Previous experience working with a system software/CRM would be beneficial but is not required
