Commercial Team Administrator - Part time 6 MONTH CONTRACT
Description✓Location - Corby
✓Hours - 09:30–14:30 - Monday - Friday - Can be flexible on hours and days
✓Temp to Perm Role
✓Pay - £11.00 - £12.00 per hour
✓My client is looking for an enthusiastic temp member of the team to provide the administrative support and high levels of service necessary to maximise all sales opportunities
✓The role of the Commercial Team administrator will include front line contact with customers and a recognition that communication and robust processing and procedures are a vital key in providing a first-class Customer experience and the building of long-term relationships for the business
✓Main Duties
✓Raising orders from start to finish including Order pack/Documentation for production planning and manufacture.
✓To recognise that all customers orders are bespoke, and that accuracy and attention to detail are paramount
✓Ensure the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
✓You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and to have an empathetic view of client expectation and that of the company and your colleagues.
