Working hours are 09:30 - 17:30
Work from the office on Wednesdays and one other day of the week
Other days will be working from home

Adecco are currently recruiting for a HR Receptionist to join a prestigious university based in Holborn.
Roles and responsibilities
Customer service
Delivery of an efficient, professional and courteous reception service to all customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Effectively manage and respond to high volume information requests and queries from external and internal customers, providing accurate and timely responses in line with expected standards of service.
Ensure the reception area is maintained in line with the Division's clear desk policy
To pay particular attention to ensuring any confidential paperwork is stored correctly while during periods away from the area and at the end of the day.
Log customer queries, maintain accurate records and produce reports.
Right to Work document coordination
Effectively undertake RTW and visa checks for all staff, including checking passport and validity dates, scanning passports and visas into doclink/file management system and inputting passport and visa expiry dates into ResourceLink/HR system.
Tracking, chasing and inputting NI numbers, qualifications and changes of contact details onto ResourceLink.
File all Tier 2 and Tier 5 visa documents on a weekly basis.
Prepare a variety of employment letters for staff [bank letters, reference requests and mortgage applications] in an accurate and timely manner.
Issue and process various expense claims using the OneFinance payment system
HR support
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, colleagues and external customers.
Order and maintain relevant office supplies at all times.
Deal with the Division's estates issues, being pro-active in reporting faults and problems and ensuring prompt resolution.
Pro-actively ensure office equipment is serviced and maintained in good working order at all times.
Contribute pro-actively to a range of meetings, including team meetings, staff briefings and working groups that operate within HR.
Operate as a Web Contributor for the HR website.
Actively support filing of personnel information.
Maintenance of confidentiality of information; it will be necessary to comply with requirements related to the Data Protection Act/ General Data Protection Regulation.
Support the HR Operations team with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Be responsible for continuous process improvement in HR to better the customer journey and make administrative practices more efficient
