Installation Administrator
Description✓THE COMPANY:
✓Brewster Partners are working with a West Yorkshire based Manufacturing business who are looking to add an Installation Administrator
✓THE JOB:
✓This is a full time, permanent role, based on site in Wakefield
✓Within this role you will look to manage order processing and scheduling of installation related work, as well as:
✓Managing the order book, ensuring each order is scheduled and completed to the relevant standard
✓Processing purchase orders
✓Communicate, and delegate tasks to installation engineers, achieving maximum productivity
✓Proactively highlight issues to the installation manager
✓Writing notes for the wider team, ensuring of efficient communication for those communicating directly with the clientsTHE PERSON:
✓This role would suit someone with a similar background or within an administration background, as well as possessing:
✓Accurate data entry skills
✓Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
✓Ability to follow timelines of call history quickly and extract information to relay to the front line teams
✓Strong team player
✓Proactive nature
