Installation Administrator

DescriptionTHE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are working with a West Yorkshire based Manufacturing business who are looking to add an Installation Administrator
THE JOB:
This is a full time, permanent role, based on site in Wakefield
Within this role you will look to manage order processing and scheduling of installation related work, as well as:
Managing the order book, ensuring each order is scheduled and completed to the relevant standard
Processing purchase orders
Communicate, and delegate tasks to installation engineers, achieving maximum productivity
Proactively highlight issues to the installation manager
Writing notes for the wider team, ensuring of efficient communication for those communicating directly with the clientsTHE PERSON:
This role would suit someone with a similar background or within an administration background, as well as possessing:
Accurate data entry skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to follow timelines of call history quickly and extract information to relay to the front line teams
Strong team player
Proactive nature
