Office Administrator

DescriptionWe are pleased to assist our client with their new position within the company due to growth and expansion for an Office Administrator.

Some of the duties are to include:-
 Answering incoming calls, emails and scheduling appointment and meetings
Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, emails and scheduling appointments and meetings.
Follows up on phone calls, emails and contacts as appropriate;
Walking new clients through our on-boarding processes;
Client onboarding process and checks
Assisting with enquires about any of our services;
Manage central email folder and Principle Accountants email folder.
Ensure office & clients meet all compliance requirements, including Health & Safety
Open and log the post on a daily basis
Keeping CRM system up to date with client information including name/addresses etc
Create new clients on internal software
Company incorporations
Management and submission of confirmation statements without missing deadlines
Updates to confirmation statements [not shares] where necessary
Disengagement Letters
Chasing accounts
Chasing tax returns
Supporting invoicing and chasing for late payments;
Logging of proposals
Letter writing on behalf of the team
Sending Tax year overviews and computations to clients when requested
Implementing and tracking of internal KPIs [Google reviews, client turnover etc]
Develop and implement new administrative systems/processes to drive efficiencies and automate where possible;
Assisting with other ad hoc Administration tasks and Business Development activities
Communicating with internal teams
Office Stationery ordering management
Keeping the office tidy
Assist with future recruitment
