Office Administrator
Description✓We are pleased to assist our client with their new position within the company due to growth and expansion for an Office Administrator.

✓Some of the duties are to include:-
✓ Answering incoming calls, emails and scheduling appointment and meetings
✓Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, emails and scheduling appointments and meetings.
✓Follows up on phone calls, emails and contacts as appropriate;
✓Walking new clients through our on-boarding processes;
✓Client onboarding process and checks
✓Assisting with enquires about any of our services;
✓Manage central email folder and Principle Accountants email folder.
✓Ensure office & clients meet all compliance requirements, including Health & Safety
✓Open and log the post on a daily basis
✓Keeping CRM system up to date with client information including name/addresses etc
✓Create new clients on internal software
✓Company incorporations
✓Management and submission of confirmation statements without missing deadlines
✓Updates to confirmation statements [not shares] where necessary
✓Dis-incorporations
✓Disengagement Letters
✓Chasing accounts
✓Chasing tax returns
✓Supporting invoicing and chasing for late payments;
✓Logging of proposals
✓Letter writing on behalf of the team
✓Sending Tax year overviews and computations to clients when requested
✓Implementing and tracking of internal KPIs [Google reviews, client turnover etc]
✓Develop and implement new administrative systems/processes to drive efficiencies and automate where possible;
✓Assisting with other ad hoc Administration tasks and Business Development activities
✓Communicating with internal teams
✓Office Stationery ordering management
✓Keeping the office tidy
