✓Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator [Preston][Fixed Term Contract - 1 year].
✓Salary: £10.00ph
✓Hours: 16 Hours per week | Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
✓Location: Preston.
✓Office Angels are currently recruiting for a large global client who are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator based in Preston, this is a 1 year fixed term contract, part time role
✓A diverse role with customer care at its core, a candidate who has previous experience with internal databases or appointment booking systems would be advantageous however full training will be given.
✓Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
✓Scheduling appointments with customers
✓Effective promotion and selling of add-on products where applicable
✓Diary management
✓Manage in-store CRM System to the highest standard
✓Processing customer payments
✓Support towards compliance with all administrative duties
✓Ensure the right quantity and range of stock is kept at all times
✓Carry out all store administrative and logistics tasks as required and to a high standard
✓Customer care
✓Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
✓Computer literate including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
✓A pro-active mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change
✓Ability to develop strong working relationships with others
✓Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems
✓Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and face- to-face
