Description✓RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT
✓Receptionist/Admin Assistant required for my client based in Upton, Poole
✓This role is more of an admin support role than it is reception as the office has very few onsite visitors.
✓As receptionist/admin assistant you will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual able to represent the Company in a professional and friendly manner.
✓Duties of the role of receptionist/admin based in Upton, Poole include:
✓* act as a first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to the Company‘s Head Office in Upton, Poole
✓* provide administrative support to the Customer Care team and assist in the preparation of new home user guides
✓* provide administrative support to the Property Manager
✓* provide administrative support to the Planning & Design team
✓* co-ordinate meeting room diaries and prepare refreshments, as required
✓* monitor and maintain stationery supplies and deal with all aspects of incoming and outgoing post
✓You must be of smart appearance, have an efficient, friendly and professional manner, be computer literate and fully competent in the use of Microsoft packages, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
✓Reception experience is essential.

✓* 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
✓* Auto enrolment pension scheme
✓Full-time 37.5 hours per week, although job share would be considered.
✓Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
