Team Administrator - Hybrid working
Description✓Team Administrator
✓A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a respected, professional organisation at their office in central London.
✓This role will suit an experienced office administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills
✓You will have substantial experience working in a small, professional environment, either in a SME organisation or a small department within a larger business.
✓The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as you will be responsible for supporting a small team of senior staff
✓Your duties will include; creating weekly reports, producing and archiving technical documents and assisting staff in the preparation of corporate presentations.
✓You will also be responsible for organising domestic and international travel arrangements.
✓The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage their own time
✓You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to all incoming correspondence so you must have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
✓You will have experience maintaining client databases and being comfortable adapting to new databases and any knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous
✓Experience liaising with international staff would be desirable.
✓Additionally you will be comfortable managing the conference facilities, including organising the catering, arranging the teas and coffees etc
✓Experience coordinating, scheduling and booking travel would be highly desirable
✓You must also be confident working closely with other teams within the business.
✓The position is based on from their Central London offices with a hybrid working pattern
