✓Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-430pm

✓Flowers Associates are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, preferably with previous experience in employee benefits to join a reputable company in Leicester.
✓As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating group related projects and be the main point of contact for departmental queries, developing and maintaining good working relations with key stakeholders.
✓The Role:
✓The successful Team Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:
✓· Ensure all records are created, updated, and maintained accurately
✓· Schedule internal meetings, events, training, and activities
✓· Ensure teams within the company are regularly communicated with on any key issues, changes to processes, etc
✓· Manage and coordinate management information through data analysis, accurate report writing and professional presentation
✓· Support with the delivery of the company’s training and competence scheme
✓· Ensure that business processes are adhered to throughout the company by all teams as well as assist in the creating of the processes
✓· Support the development of internal IT systems in line with the teams’ needs
✓· Manage absence cover, ensuring services to clients is not impacted and internal systems are up to date with accurate absence information
✓The ideal Candidate will:
✓· Monitor own workflow and prioritisation of outstanding work
✓· Maintain a full and efficient diary system
✓· Previous experience in administration
✓· Highly organised and methodical
✓· Strong IT skills: Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✓· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
✓· Experience of working in Employee Benefits is desired but not essential
