✓As the Artwork Administrator/Co Ordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all packaging artwork which needs to meet regulatory and production requirements for all products produced
✓We are looking for someone to come onboard to streamline the artwork process.
✓Responsibilities for the Artwork Administrator/Co Ordinator
✓* Be the key point of contact for any issues and act as intermediary between the employer [my client] and their client, where you will be based on site
✓* Creating a structure for the artwork path and project managing.
✓* Taking briefs
✓* Collating old and new information and updating processes
✓* Manage the critical path and deadlines, addressing any issues or delays when necessary.
✓* Feedback and support Account Managers
✓* Working alongside design, technical, marketing departments, product suppliers and printers
✓* Managing approval system on in house software
✓* Raising job orders
✓* Liaising with all internal departments, production, design etc
✓and giving progress reports
✓* Creating new documentation and guidelines for all parties involved and produced master generic guidelines
✓Skills Required for Artwork Administrator/Co Ordinator
✓* Ideally knowledge of print, artwork and repro process
✓* A patient confident person with high attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
✓* Excellent communication skills.
✓* Very strong project management, planning and organisational skills.
