Digital Print Supervisor
Description✓Digital Print Supervisor/Technician
✓Our client is a well-established, design-led business that supplies clothing, interiors and beauty products to major high street retailers
✓They are now looking for a Digital Print Supervisor to join their fabric print room based in Bradford
✓Job Purpose:
✓To maintain, calibrate and operate Digital printing machinery and manage busy fabric printing output.
✓Duties and Responsibilities:
✓Calibrate and maintain printing machines for optimum efficiency
✓Pre and post treatment of core business fabrics
✓Engage with customers and internal teams in order to process all external and internal sales orders
✓Liaise with customer services team to obtain orders and understand customer requirements
✓Provide colour matching services for customer orders
✓Maintain efficient stock levels through continual review of base materials including inks and fabrics required for forward orders
✓Use SAP to process purchase orders and to push production orders through the system, and any ad hoc sales orders as required
✓Work with business leads in development of product and additional machinery
✓Prioritise workload to ensure all KPI's are hit
✓Weekly catch up with Head of Finance and Operations to discuss workloads and priorities for the week
✓Liaise with Warehouse staff for dispatchSkills and Knowledge:
✓Good computer skills with a working knowledge of SAP and Cardona
✓Knowledge of all aspects of the digital print process, including print and print finishing
✓Excellent problem solving skills and ability to use initiative
✓Ability to work well under pressure, think logically and take a practical approach
✓Good communication skills
✓Good organisation skillExperience and Qualifications:
✓Proven experience in a similar role, operating digital printing machinery
