Automotive Sales Executive

✓The Automotive Sales Executive role is responsible for managing the auction process for the clients within their portfolio, including qualification, assignment and tracking
✓This position will deliver on the contact strategy devised by the Sales Operations Manager, including any education and reporting needs of the client
✓This position will manage and maintain the information needed to ensure customers assets are managed effectively throughout the remarketing process
✓Achieve and exceed qualification, referral assignment and sales targets as set by the Sales Operations Manager
✓Ensure that client side SLAs are adhered to and reported on
✓Respond to customer enquiries and requests by email and telephone
✓Build and maintain internal relationships with key personnel who operate the day to day working processes
✓Maintain and improve the Customer experience by providing excellent customer service
✓Work closely with various internal departments and ensure customers are supported effectively and efficiently
✓Maintain the CRM system [Salesforce] in a timely and accurate manner
✓Day to day administration & account management responsibility
✓Proactive approach to handling customer queries
✓Always comply with SOX/Audit requirements
✓Ensure KPI's and SLA's are continually meet
✓Respond to and manage customer queries as and when required
✓Essential Skills
✓Experience of working within a demanding Customer Service / Sales environment
✓Target driven and results focused
✓Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
✓Good problem-solving skills
✓Ability to build relationships
✓High level of attention to detail
✓Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
✓Desirable Skills
✓Experience within the Automotive / Insurance Loss / Remarketing Industry
✓Experience of working within a Customer Service environment
