Automotive Sales Executive

The Automotive Sales Executive role is responsible for managing the auction process for the clients within their portfolio, including qualification, assignment and tracking
This position will deliver on the contact strategy devised by the Sales Operations Manager, including any education and reporting needs of the client
This position will manage and maintain the information needed to ensure customers assets are managed effectively throughout the remarketing process
Achieve and exceed qualification, referral assignment and sales targets as set by the Sales Operations Manager
Ensure that client side SLAs are adhered to and reported on
Respond to customer enquiries and requests by email and telephone
Build and maintain internal relationships with key personnel who operate the day to day working processes
Maintain and improve the Customer experience by providing excellent customer service
Work closely with various internal departments and ensure customers are supported effectively and efficiently
Maintain the CRM system [Salesforce] in a timely and accurate manner
Day to day administration & account management responsibility
Proactive approach to handling customer queries
Always comply with SOX/Audit requirements
Ensure KPI's and SLA's are continually meet
Respond to and manage customer queries as and when required
Essential Skills
Experience of working within a demanding Customer Service / Sales environment
Target driven and results focused
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships
High level of attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills
Experience within the Automotive / Insurance Loss / Remarketing Industry
Experience of working within a Customer Service environment
