✓Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Service / Construction / Maintenance background looking for a senior role within the Building Services department of a local council where you will have the autonomy to lead a team and manage varied service contracts in a role offering flexible working and a 4 day work week?
✓The Building Services department of this local council deal with a large range of Service contracts across construction, repairs and maintenance and are looking for a new Contracts Manager to join their team of 34
✓This varied role will see you be responsible for the Management and delivery of service contracts in addition to overseeing the Building Services Team
✓You will liaise closely with the Building Services Manager and have full autonomy to oversee all contracts
✓This a dynamic role providing opportunities for hybrid working with some site visitation
✓The role would suit a Contracts Manager from a Construction / Maintenance background looking for a senior role where you will be the Building Services Manager's right hand person in the department of a Local Council and have the autonomy to oversee a varied range of contracts.
✓The Role:
✓* Manage and Deliver large-scale Maintenance contracts
✓* Arranging workflow for a team of engineers
✓* Attending sites, conducting health, safety, and quality checks
✓* Consulting and negotiating with clients
✓* Office / home - based, with travel to sites around Moray
✓* Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:45pm or Tuesday to Friday 8:00am-5:45pm
