Customer Liaison Officer

DescriptionA Northwest based housing association is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join their team in Manchester

Working alongside the Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a kitchen and bathroom scheme
It is essential to have previous experience working on kitchen and bathroom scheme as a customer liaison officer.
Duties will include:
Support customers, responding to their requests
Liaise with teams to resolve any building issues
Collate data from customers
Undertake risk assessments
Ensure systems are updated with accurate information regarding customer requests
Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and SafetyWhat skills do I need?
Previous experience as a Liaison Officer
Ability to effectively communicate and react to customer feedback
Effective planning and organisation skills
Ability to use own initiative and make decisionsThis is a permanent position that has the potential to go permanent offering £25,000 + package
