Description✓A Northwest based housing association is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join their team in Manchester

✓Working alongside the Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a kitchen and bathroom scheme
✓It is essential to have previous experience working on kitchen and bathroom scheme as a customer liaison officer.
✓Duties will include:
✓Support customers, responding to their requests
✓Liaise with teams to resolve any building issues
✓Collate data from customers
✓Undertake risk assessments
✓Ensure systems are updated with accurate information regarding customer requests
✓Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
✓Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and SafetyWhat skills do I need?
✓Previous experience as a Liaison Officer
✓Ability to effectively communicate and react to customer feedback
✓Effective planning and organisation skills
✓Ability to use own initiative and make decisionsThis is a permanent position that has the potential to go permanent offering £25,000 + package
