Description✓Job Title: Operations Administration Supervisor
✓Pay: £15 per hour
✓6 Month Contract
✓Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
✓Location - Grimsby
✓Main Duties include:
✓Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
✓Experience and knowledge of managing complex workloads and coordinating, supervising and developing a team
✓Experience and knowledge of managing purchasing and finance systems, which includes stock management Interpersonal and communication skills are essential
✓ICT skills and their efficient and effective use within a business environment including knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages, databases and using hand held devices
✓Customer care building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, partners and customers
✓Time management, planning and prioritising own and the teams work to meet deadlines
✓Seeing things through
✓Team workQualifications and Key Skills:
✓Proficient in using all standard Microsoft Office packages [Word, Excel, Email etc.]
✓Excellent telephone manner, being polite and courteous at all times
✓A team player who is able to confidently interact with others, but who is also able to work independently
