✓The role is office based in Nottingham with travel to sites across the Midlands.
✓Responsibilities;
✓Estimating and cost planning
✓Procurement advice
✓Liaising with site teams in regards to prices and quotations
✓Tender reporting
✓Contract administration and cost control
✓Interim valuations
✓Cost reporting / Cash flow reports
✓Final account preparation,
✓Contract and dispute advice
✓To attend meetings and undertake site visits.
✓Requirements;
✓Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
✓Be based in Nottingham or able to travel to the office
✓Relevant experience
✓Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications
✓Client facing and good man management skills
✓Main Contractor experience
✓Full UK driving licence
