Description✓PJD Construction has been completing projects to the highest standards for over 20 years
✓In 2017 we extended operations to include Maintenance & Facilities services with a focus on retail and commercial clients
✓We have expanded rapidly and have undertaken multiple high profile projects on behalf of National Retailers, REITs, Public Sector Clients and Hospitality Companies.
✓Currently we are looking for several people to work across the Greater London region that is familiar and skilled with reactive maintenance works
✓Confident workers are essential and we require a minimum of 2 years experience.
✓Must have the following
✓Full UK Driving Licence
✓Rights to work in UK
✓Minimum 2 years experience
✓Familiar with general maintenance tasks
✓Familiar with Steel Fabrication, Tiling,
✓Pluming, Painting, or Electricals
✓Own Vehicle or willing to rent from us
✓Own Tools
✓CSCS Card [preferred, not essential]
✓Ability to meet deadline/efficiency
✓Flexible to work overtime
✓Valid UTR Number
✓English Speaking
