Looking for something new and exciting? A great opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager who has great customer service experience and some sales skills
You would be working as part of a small team so building relationships is key
If you enjoy dealing with people and are well organised with good IT skills, this could be a great job for you!
The Role:
You'll be managing existing customer relationships, helping them with orders, queries and understanding up and coming needs as well as current requirements
These could be over the phone or on email.
This will include inputting customer order information into their system, drawing up quotes and following them up with the client.
You will be working closely with the sales team and accounts team and supporting them where necessary.
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm based in the Mansfield office.
The Person:
We're looking for someone with great communication skills, both written and verbal
You'll have account management or sales experience, or even really strong customer service if you're not afraid of making outbound calls to customers
You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel and have generally good admin skills
You'll be self-motivated and have a really positive attitude, we're a small team and all enjoy working together
The Package:
A basic salary of £24,500 is offered
Part time hours may be considered for the right person
Free on-site parking
