They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Internal Sales Team.
The Role:
The Customer Service Advisor will work within the sales department and will be responsible for working closely with existing customers on the phone and email and to maximise sales opportunities
This role would be ideal for someone with initiative, determination and self-motivation who enjoys working with people and understands the nature of working within a team.
Main duties include:
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times,
* Handling existing customer enquiries advising on the status of their order.
* Promoting and upselling new and compatible products to customers.
* Negotiating prices where necessary.
* Dealing with quotes, providing order updates and handling queries.
* Advising customers on the availability of products, pricing and discounts.
* Creating and maintaining relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
The Customer Service Advisor must have experience of liaising confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
In addition:
* Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
* A good background in customer service.
* Computer literate [MS Office].
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Polite and professional telephone manner.
* Attention to detail.
* Good team working skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
What Is on Offer:
Our client are offering the Customer Service Advisor a competitive basic salary £20,000 to £23,000 [dependent on skills and experience]
