✓They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Internal Sales Team.
✓The Role:
✓The Customer Service Advisor will work within the sales department and will be responsible for working closely with existing customers on the phone and email and to maximise sales opportunities
✓This role would be ideal for someone with initiative, determination and self-motivation who enjoys working with people and understands the nature of working within a team.
✓Main duties include:
✓* Delivering excellent customer service at all times,
✓* Handling existing customer enquiries advising on the status of their order.
✓* Promoting and upselling new and compatible products to customers.
✓* Negotiating prices where necessary.
✓* Dealing with quotes, providing order updates and handling queries.
✓* Advising customers on the availability of products, pricing and discounts.
✓* Creating and maintaining relationships.
✓What We Are Looking For:
✓The Customer Service Advisor must have experience of liaising confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
✓In addition:
✓* Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
✓* A good background in customer service.
✓* Computer literate [MS Office].
✓* Good written and verbal communication skills.
✓* Polite and professional telephone manner.
✓* Attention to detail.
✓* Good team working skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary.

✓Our client are offering the Customer Service Advisor a competitive basic salary £20,000 to £23,000 [dependent on skills and experience]
