Customer Service Representative
Description✓Customer Service Representative
✓40 hours per week [8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch]

✓Main Duties:
✓Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face
✓Handle and respond too customer enquires and complaints and providing a sollution
✓Keep and update records of customer interactions through customer data base
✓Process orders, forms, applications and requests
✓Manage administration
✓Generate sales leads
✓Act as the company gatekeeper
✓Purchase office supplies, preapproved by managing director
✓Activley interact with agents linked to the clients delivery networkThe sucessful candidate will:
✓Have strong interpersonal skills
✓Be strong on the phone and excellent communication skills
✓Have good problem solvling skills
✓Have a high attention to detail
✓Be able to handle and collect data
✓Be adaptable
✓Be able to multitask and manage time effectivley
✓Maintain a positive attitude
✓Have good computer skills
