40 hours per week [8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch]
West Bromwich
Main Duties:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face
Handle and respond too customer enquires and complaints and providing a sollution
Keep and update records of customer interactions through customer data base
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Manage administration
Generate sales leads
Act as the company gatekeeper
Purchase office supplies, preapproved by managing director
Activley interact with agents linked to the clients delivery networkThe sucessful candidate will:
