They are currently looking for an experienced German speaking Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive team based in Richmond
This is an great opportunity to be part of, where you will have the chance to develop your competence and knowledge in an thrilling industry
This position is permanent and they are offering a hybrid scheme working at least 1 day from the office in Richmond.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service across the German market.
Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner
Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company
Translating website content, from English to German.About you:
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in German as you will be dealing with a variety of customers
As a German speaking Customer Service Representative, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
Profile:
Required to be fluent in German and English to a native level, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a customer support role
Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Great organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
