✓Contract: Two-year fixed-term
✓The RSB is expanding its membership engagement team and seeking a regional membership officer to lead face-to-face engagement in the North West of the UK.
✓About the Membership Officer role
✓This role will build relationships with bioscience employers and education institutes to support membership growth and lead a new project with educators
✓This role would be suitable for someone with excellent presentation skills, the ability to communicate with different audiences and previous membership/sales experience
✓The successful candidate will be based in or around Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire or Merseyside.
✓As part of the membership engagement team, this new role will be proactively contributing towards RSB's ambitious goal of 20,000 members by 2024.
✓As an evolving employer, supportive of staff wellbeing and development, full time RSB staff are currently trialling a 4 day working week
✓The successful candidate will be able to participate upon successful completion of probation
