✓Hours: 37.5 hours per week
✓Salary: £23K [up to £35k OTE]
✓Shifts: Monday - Friday shifts between 8am - 6pm [either 8am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5.30pm or 9.30am - 6pm on a rotational basis]

✓Are you an experienced sales advisor with a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience?
✓CCA Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for sales advisors for a B2B Telecoms company
✓This is a high-volume, warm calling, outbound B2B sales role, focused on engaging with our client's existing customers to renew their contracts or get them a better deal
✓You will be looking to retain the products and services our client's supply them, as well as looking for cross selling opportunities.
✓This role will be office based to begin with, and once you are fully trained and no longer require as much support, you will then be able to do a hybrid role, so working a mix of home and office.
✓Responsibilities of the role Retention's Advisor
✓Warm outbound calls to the client's customers to retain and renew products and services contracts
✓Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies
✓Complete all reports, system, and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner
✓Develop a working knowledge of all products, systems, and processes
✓Create excellent working relationships across the colleague community.
✓Achieve all commercial targets in a consistent manner [month-by-month]
✓Achieve all agreed activity targets
✓Operate within our client's quality guidelines
✓Achieve all objectives agreed with the Customer Growth Sales Manager
✓Receive above par scores from customer satisfaction surveys and internal feedback.Experience as a Retention's Advisor
✓A minimum of 2-years demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B sales, retentions, or customer service role
✓Experience of negotiating multiple product, price, and contract terms with customers
✓A good level of understanding of B2B sales processes
✓A good level of understanding of regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales organisations
✓Computer literate with experience of sales CRM, and/or Lead Management systems
✓Skills required as a Retention's Advisor
✓Good written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to individual customers
✓High level of attention to detail and organisation, with a sense of ownership, pride and responsibility for the accuracy of own work
✓The drive, resilience and focus required to win in a competitive commercial environment
✓A genuine interest in own development and learning needs, with the energy and desire to act on them to improve own performance
