A Secondary school in beautiful Wokingham, Berkshire are looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their staff team ASAP and support the behaviour and needs of the young people within the school
Some of these students have complex learning and behaviour needs due to their Mental Health including anxiety, OCD, self - harm and low self - esteem
The Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant should have some knowledge and understanding of these difficulties faced by young people
This role could be ideal for someone looking for a future career in Education Psychology, Criminology or aspiring SEN teachers.

Requirements:
-Qualifications working with SEN/Degree [desirable]

-First Aid trained [desirable]
-An understanding of UK school system [essential]
-Restraint training [desirable]
