✓Our Watford office are looking to recruit a self-motivated, resilient graduate [from any degree discipline] with a strong desire to succeed to begin their career with us a trainee recruitment consultant, with a full in-house training programme to support your journey in building a successful career
✓You will start your training learning all about the education sector, candidates and our onboarding process before developing into dealing with clients and placing your candidates into their new role.
✓ The roles comprises of the following key responsibilities;
✓Candidates:
✓Attraction, selection and interview of suitable candidates to meet the needs and demands of your clients.
✓To establish long term, solid relationships with suitable candidates to ensure they feel supported and valued by the organisation.
✓To provide career solutions to candidates to enable them to maximise their working arrangements.
✓Sales and Business Development:
✓Contacting new clients to establish supply needs and forging links and relationships.
✓Building relationships with new clients to establish trust, with a view to supplying candidates to meet their supply needs.
✓Visiting and servicing clients through outstanding customer service to develop and build relationships.
✓Maintaining long lasting client relationships to maximise business opportunities.
✓Highlights:
✓£22 500-£24 000 per year basic + uncapped commission [£27 000-£29 000 OTE in year 1]
✓25 days holiday [plus 1 for your birthday]
✓7am-5pm Mon-Fri during school term time, reduced hours during school holidays
