Structural Revit Technician
Description✓Our client is a design-focused Civil & Structural engineering firm with several offices across the South of England and an impressive portfolio of projects
✓They currently have a vacancy for a Structural Revit Technician to join the skilled team in their Central London office on a full-time permanent basis, to work on a range of structures projects ranging in value up to £40M.
✓Projects: Retail, Industrial, Residential, Heritage, Commercial, Educational and more.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Develop positive, trust based relationships with its members and client,
✓Attend meetings with the design team and record discussions and actions,
✓Review drawn information issued by the design team,
✓Correspond with design teams,
✓Maintain drawing standards within the office,
✓Prepare sketches and drawings taking responsibility for dimensional accuracy and content,
✓Prepare specifications in liaison with the Project Engineer,
✓Undertake internal clash detection with other consultants BIM models,
✓Inspect and report on construction progress and quality.Requirements:
✓Ideally a BTEC qualification or degree course,
✓A minimum of 3 years industry experience,
✓Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit,
✓Familiar with working with EIRs and BEP's & fully conversant with BIM,
✓Strong written and verbal communication,
