Continuous Improvement Engineer
Description✓Are you an experienced lean or CI engineer who enjoys driving continuous improvement projects and delivering results?
✓My client is looking to strengthen their manufacturing team with an experienced engineer whose responsibilities will include;
✓* Looking for process improvement and efficiencies across the business
✓* Using engineering skills and knowledge to assess existing practices and processes
✓* Driving continuous improvement and lean projects, both simple and complex
✓* Using lean tools and techniques to support manufacturing
✓* Jigs, fixtures and tooling projects
✓Ideally qualified to HNC/HND level [or equivalent] in a relevant engineering subject [eg mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics or similar], you will be able to demonstrate a strong background within process and manufacturing engineering
✓You are likely to have experience of a broad range of lean tools and techniques together with experience of different assembly processes and methods
✓Excellent communication skills and a flexible yet positive approach together with good problem solving skills will be needed, this is a great opportunity to join a progressive, stable and expanding company who offer a friendly and supportive environment.
