We are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join the team located in Northfleet Kent.

Purpose Of Job

To carry out planned and reactive duties in accordance with agreed service levels, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance across all aspects of building services, responsible for building systems and multiple plant and process systems in a large 24/7 operation
Key competency in a recognised electrical time served apprenticeship with additional experience of Alan Bradley and siemens programs an advantage
The Electrical engineer will be responsible for undertaking pre-preventive maintenance, repair, and reactive tasks across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the agreed service level agreements are met.

Carry out PPM and reactive tasks as required.

Provide maintenance support [including installations; planned, preventive & corrective maintenance] in relation to site services, plant / equipment & buildings.

Deliver specialist technical maintenance support & services in relation to building plant / equipment

Ensure that the site maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations

Make sure operational policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.

Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE and subcontractors activities and are regularly reviewed.

Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.

Reporting to a CBRE UK Line Management Lead

Accountability to the CBRE functional heads, as appropriate.

Accountable day-to-day for the technical operations

Responsibility indirectly for relevant sub-contractors.

Responsibility indirectly for the delivery of Plan commitments for the contract.
