Description✓JOB TITLE: Global Quality Coordinator
✓LOCATION: Bath or London
✓SALARY: £27- 28k
✓What will I be doing?
✓Helping to set and monitor quality objectives that aim to ensure the business is delivering to customer requirements and expectations.
✓Ensuring that applicable management system intranet sites and all related quality management system documents are kept up to date and are easily accessible.
✓Providing advice to employees on the quality management matters and implementation of the quality management system.
✓Supporting the management of the internal audit/review system including.
✓logging audit reports and non-compliances [NC].
✓updating and validating non-compliance responses.
✓issuing monthly non-compliances reports to global business units.
✓analysing findings from internal and external audits to help identify corrective and preventive actions.
✓Communicating proposed and actual management system changes to relevant staff.
✓Planning for external global Certification visits including communicating plans to teams, providing assistance and organising logistics as required.
✓Compiling and issuing monthly reports on induction training completion to all Business Units.
✓Coordinating the maintenance and improvement of document templates with other relevant colleagues
✓Ensuring regular reviews of FAQs for bids are undertaken.
✓Helping on drafting and developing procedures and manuals, as required
✓Carrying out internal audits/reviews where required.
✓Involvement in workshops and meetings to discuss improvements and converting them into the next stage for sign off.
✓Compiling induction training modules and online training
✓Coordinating the assessment of sub-consultants and suppliers
✓Assisting the Sub-consultant Framework Manager to update and add new preferred sub-consultants to the list
✓Responding to requests for information for bids/PQQs as required
✓Educated to degree level or equivalent.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particular with Excel.
✓Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
✓Flexible attitude with good team working skills.
✓Diligent with good attention to detail.
✓Good communication skills.
✓Experience of working in an ISO 9001/14001 registered organisation.
✓Use of MS SharePoint and Camtasia [or similar video editing tools].
✓Membership of relevant professional bodies such as CQI and IEMA.
✓Experience of working in a project delivery environment.
