Role: Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £26K DOE
I am looking for a personable & confident IT Engineer to join an expanding MSP on a permanent basis

As the Helpdesk Engineer you will be responsible for directly liaising with a multitude of customers in all industries acting as the 1st point of contract via telephone, email and ticketing system.

Role Responsibilities:
**Provide 1st Line Support to customers across the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire
**Update tickets accurately and ensure tasks are progressed in a quick and efficient manor
**You will have strong communication skills and the ambition to provide the best support possible to all customers
**Ensure you can maintain strong relationships with customers and build rapport with new customers that are brought onboard
Essential Skills:
**Windows Server up to 2019
**Windows 10
**Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint
**Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure
**Networking DNS, DHCP
**VMWare, Hyper-V
