✓Their UK HR Manager is recruiting for a number two
✓The HR Advisor [18 month FTC] will work closely with the HR Manager to modernise the company's HR processes and procedures and support with various project work including engagement, wellbeing and mental health
✓This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR graduate or HR Assistant looking to take the next step in their HR career and gain extensive exposure

✓Description
✓The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor [18 month FTC] in Littleborough are:
✓supporting with HR administrative and advisory tasks
✓responsibility as first port of call for all recruitment activity
✓advising line managers and managing onboarding processes
✓managing employee relations and performance management
✓supporting the HR strategy including Health & Wellbeing, Engagement and Recruitment
✓managing new electronic documentation and filing
✓updating letters and templates in line with legislation
✓assisting with monthly payroll activities
✓coordinating monthly HR reporting
✓Profile
✓The successful candidate will have/be:
✓previous experience in an HR capacity
✓a positive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
✓excellent communication skills both written and verbal
✓ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
✓a keen eye for detail
✓CIPD Level 5 desired but not essential
✓experience of working with HR systems
✓computer literate with MS Office and inhouse systemsJob Offer
