✓Their specialist centre based in Surrey offers long term respiratory support, non-invasive ventilation and invasive ventilation and support weaning patients from invasive mechanical ventilation
✓They work to improve the way that complex respiratory patients and their families are supported
✓We are actively recruiting a Staff Nurse to work at the facility in Surrey.
✓THE RESPONSIBILITIES
✓The overall responsibility working as a Staff Nurse is to support patients and their families through all stages of their care
✓Yor role as a Staff Nurse is to demonstrate good clinical practice and be responsible for all aspects of patient care whilst reporting into the Senior Staff Nurses
✓Your day to day will involve caring for patients requiring NIV, Tracheostomy, blood gas analysis, cough assist and specialist physiotherapy respiratory rehabilitation weaning
✓Working as a staff nurse you will be able to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly and be a real advocate for your patients' needs as well as their families
✓You will also be assigned ad hoc duties by the Senior team
✓REQUIREMENTS
✓Registered RGN with NMC pin number
✓Acute nursing experience [respiratory experience would be an advantage]
✓Be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail
✓A desire to expand your professional development
