Account Specialist
Description✓Randstad are recruiting for an account specialist to be based on site with our client in Solihull
✓This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.
✓Salary:
✓Between £24,000 and £25,500 [based on experience]
✓Hours:
✓Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 16:00pm OR 08:00am - 17:00pm
✓Early finish on Fridays - 14:00pm
✓Randstad In-house Services, part of the Randstad Group, specialises in providing bespoke workforce management solutions aligned to business needs and objectives.
✓You will be responsible for:
✓Managing the recruitment process: posting job adverts, pre-screening and registering candidates, organising inductions, conducting referencing
✓Establishing a strong relationship with the client and the workforce
✓Employee relations: organisation of temp worker surgeries, effective management of worker complaints and disciplinary matters
✓Management of the onsite temporary workforce including performance management, absence monitoring and behaviour management including conducting investigations where relevant
✓Regular floorwalks to give visibility to the client and the temporary workforce
✓Working in partnership with the client in order to fulfil requirements and meet their needs
✓Managing the weekly payroll [full training will be provided]
✓Attending planning meetings with the client to assess temporary worker requirements
✓To be successful in this role you will have:
✓Previous recruitment experience
✓Previous on site experience [preferable but not essential]
✓Experience using various interview formats [e.g phone, structured, group]
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships
✓Be resilient and work well under pressure, flexing and adapting as needed
✓Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
✓Excellent understanding of Excel/Google sheets
