Description✓CMA HR Division is working with a reputable organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire to recruit an interim Recruitment Assistant to join their established team.
✓Based at their Head Office reporting into the Recruitment Manager, the interim Recruitment Assistant will support the recruitment strategy for the business.
✓What will the role involve?
✓Advertise new role, assist with administration and interview process;
✓Supporting hiring managers with vacancy campaigns and working with the local talent, promoting good relationships;
✓Assisting with the on-boarding process;
✓Attending career fares and open days, planning and co-ordinating;
✓Due to the nature of the organisation the role ideally requires someone who is experienced with high volumes of applications and has a positive attitude who will represent the strong values of the business;
✓Working alongside a well-established HR team this role will be supported by the wider function;
✓Applicants ideally require a strong background in recruitment or HR administration.
