The ideal candidates for the Recruitment Consultant role will be highly organised, target orientated and seeking a development opportunity with longevity and career potential
Candidates from ANY background will be considered and no formal qualifications are essential although all prior qualifications and any commercial experience will be advantageous
The role will be to support all company accounts by consistently sourcing the best talent in the industry and ensuring we maintain our strength and continue to enhance existing relationships across the board
You will work with and support the consultants managing accounts directly as well as directly managing accounts personally
You will receive comprehensive training and development within our specialist industry sectors and full day to day mentoring on task to ensure every opportunity of success within the role
The company is now in its 19th year of trading and has seen ongoing success over the years with many key client relationships being built and developed since the inception of our business

The Role:
* To source volumes of the best candidates across the region for key house accounts
* Help ensure BMR maintains strong client relationships and builds upon key accounts
* Identify new opportunities to expand the client base
* Undergo full training and development in theory and on task
