The Role – Sales Development Executive
We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Development Executive who loves working in a fast paced environment and building long-term relationships.
If you can demonstrate lead generation in B2B sales, identify potential customers, find opportunities and book qualified meetings, we would love to hear from you!
In this role, you will be responsible for 100 large and enterprise level customers, where you will be required to select the best communication methods to show the added value of our products and services, including phone, e-mail, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
Role Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to a list of existing Elite customers to generate leads and appointments.
* Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
* Cold calling, and email, to generate new sales opportunities
The Essentials:
* Previous experience within a lead generation role and working towards KPIs successfully.
* Product knowledge in telecoms and/or technology.
* Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone and email.
* Prioritisation, time management, troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
* Must be able to work from the Chorley office 3 days each week – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Tuesdays & Thursdays will be WFH days.
The Desirables:
* Knowledge of IT systems/processes.
* Experience using CRM’s/computer systems.
* Product knowledge in the following areas: Microsoft Licencing, Mobile, Maintenance & Support, VOIP, telephone lines & connectivity.
