✓Then our client has the perfect opportunity for you they are looking for a Trainee Recruiter of the very highest calibre
✓You'll have real drive and a desire to become part of a successful team that work hard and play hard.
✓The ideal candidate will have an interest in gaining high-volume Sales experience
✓Excellent relationship building skills are key as well as the ability of working in a fast-paced environment
✓Maintaining current Service level Agreements [SLA’s] whilst pro-actively seeking to continually improve these through quality and speed of service is an important part of this role.
✓Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role.
✓Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full time
✓There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
✓Location: Hounslow
✓Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 18.00pm, one-hour unpaid lunch break.
✓Salary: Apprenticeship minimum wage + commission
✓Trainee Recruiter Duties:
✓* Chasing registered candidates for outstanding documents
✓* Sourcing candidates to register with the agency
✓* Placing adverts on job board.
✓* Interviewing, vetting potential candidates.
✓* Following up on leads of recommendations/candidate referrals
✓* Registering Healthcare staff and making them compliant to work.
✓Trainee Recruiter Requirements:
✓* Competent in Microsoft packages
✓* Confident on the phone
✓* Good organisational skills
✓* To be able to prioritise workloads
✓* Good written communication
✓* The ability to use own initiative
✓* Motivated and enthusiastic
✓* Loyal
✓* Committed
✓* Hard working
✓* Enthusiastic
✓* Team player
✓* Good time keeping
✓* Willingness to learn new skills
✓* Positive attitude
