AAT Apprentice
Description✓We have an exciting new opportunity for a full time AAT Apprentice for our client with offices in Stevenage/Enfield.
✓This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has just finished their A- Levels or a AAT level 2 diploma to continue their career with a great company who will support you the whole way to becoming a charted accountant
✓Once you complete your Level 3 course, the company will continue to fund your qualifications all the way up to Level 7/ ACCA
✓With a salary increase each time after completing your course and building up your expertise
✓If you are a current A-Level student who is looking for an alternative to university and who has strong GCSEs including English and Maths this is perfect for you
✓You will be studying 2 days a week, on these days, you will not attend the office but use what you have learned to bring it into real life practice
✓Ideally you will take your course with Cambridge first intuition however they will consider a different college you have more local to you if you have one in which you would prefer to attend
✓Duties will include:
✓* Preparing fixed asset registers.
✓* Bank & cash reconciliations.
✓* VAT reconciliations.
✓* PAYE & CIS reconciliations.
✓* Sales & purchase ledger reconciliations.
✓* Analysis of expenditure to ensure correct accounting and tax treatment.
✓Additional Skills:
✓* Work as a part of a team.
✓* Deliver accurate work to deadlines
✓* Demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class service
✓* Demonstrate good time management skills including prioritising your work
✓* A driving license and access to transport is beneficial as audits are conducted at client's premises
